Good service, had really really nice experience.
We appreciated the big size rooms. The continental breakfast at the dining room was satisfactory! The location was good and unbeatable, for example, Hard Rock Cafe was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The staff's warm smiles. The sea view from our Superior Double room was amazing, and the breakfast offered a good start to each day.

Dears, I would like to thanks the hotel's crew for the nice service. But, the hotel needs small things as tea pot one dish spoon, some tea bags double cafee, ironing table. Some thing to helps.one boutle of drinking water until purchasing. You have a very good massage and Turkish bath. Best Regards Ali

The location of the hotel is very nice, beside Taksim, near to all transportation, also my room was Busphorus view, friendly staff
Light of the room was very low, rooms very narrow, air condition very very very very very bad as the weather was slightly hot the hotel must review the air condition because this complain from all guests in this hotel, furniture of the room was very very old not exceed 2 or 3 stars maximum, and not comfortable,if the hotel overcome these problem it will be a good hotel

Location is excellent, breakfast is good, staff is helpful
It was big noise from vent system and we were moved to other room almost twice smaller. The tv was probably the first color tv with laptop size tube and the furniture is about the times 60-70 years old:)
